A complete roof, not just a visible covering
A new roof installation has to do more than look tidy from the street. We plan the covering alongside the weatherproof layers, ventilation and the details that direct rain away from vulnerable points. Slate and tile suit many pitched roofs, while a suitable flat roof system may work for an extension or garage. The correct choice depends on pitch, structure, appearance and maintenance needs. We explain these points in ordinary language, so you can understand what is being fitted and why. Every new roof we install comes with a 10-year guarantee.

Every edge and junction finished carefully
We assess the proposed roof before preparing a free quote and planning scaffold access. Installation then covers the unseen layers as well as battens, slates or tiles, depending on the specification. Ridges cap the roof, verges protect its outer edges and valleys carry water where two slopes meet. Flashings help seal junctions around walls, chimneys and other interruptions. Once these details and rainwater routes are complete, we inspect the finished roof. In Exeter, we can also provide the scaffolding required for the installation.
Frequently asked questions
Which covering is right for a new domestic roof?
That depends on the roof pitch, supporting structure, desired appearance and exposure to weather. We assess these points and explain the practical differences between slate, tile, flat and pitched specifications.
What does the 10-year new roof guarantee cover?
We confirm the terms that apply to your installation as part of the quotation and project paperwork. Every new roof includes a 10-year guarantee, giving you written reassurance after the work is complete.
Do we arrange scaffolding separately for the installation?
No. We can assess, quote for and erect suitable roof scaffolding as part of the same project. This reduces separate handovers and allows the working platform to be planned around the roof being installed.
